How to track my order? 

Click here and submit your tracking number. Then click "Track" button for shipping information.

How long does processing take?

Orders placed during regular business hours (Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m to 6 p.m UTC+2) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.  

How long does delivery take? 

Please allow 10-15 business days (average) for the items to arrive.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at the "Contact us" page or leave a message on the online chat.

Missing items in the package?

Sometimes the oils will be sent separately, don't worry. It's on the way, due to shipping regulations liquids are on a slower shipment, if it's doesn't arrive after 30 days, contact our support team and we will track it or send a new one ASAP.

Do you deliver products internationally?


Ocean & Style ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.

I've placed orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology),which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

Your credit card information is only available to PayPal and Stripe in order to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
